These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the iroyal platform, including the website, mobile application and all related services. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player") and iroyal.

By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any feature of the iroyal platform, you hereby accept and agree to be fully bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please stop using the iroyal platform immediately.

iroyal reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use after any changes is considered acceptance of the updated terms.

2.1 Age Requirement

The iroyal platform is restricted to individuals aged 21 and above only. This is an absolute requirement and cannot be waived. iroyal reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and may suspend or close an account if this requirement is not met.

2.2 One Account Per Player

• Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account at a time.
• Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts.
• Balances in multiple accounts may be forfeited without compensation.
• If you find that you have more than one account unintentionally, contact customer support immediately to resolve the matter.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

You must provide true, accurate and complete information during registration. This includes your full name, identity card number (MyKad), date of birth, mobile phone number and a valid email address. False or misleading information may result in account closure and confiscation of funds.

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

iroyal accepts payments via the following methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, and cryptocurrencies including USDT, BTC and ETH.

3.2 Transaction Limits

• The minimum deposit amount is RM50 per transaction regardless of the payment method.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours after the request is approved.

3.3 Withdrawal Procedure

All withdrawals must be made via the same payment method used for the original deposit, unless otherwise agreed by the iroyal finance team. iroyal reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing a withdrawal in compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) procedures.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

iroyal offers a welcome bonus of 100% of the first deposit up to a maximum of RM300. The wagering requirement applied is 10 times the bonus value received before any withdrawal from the bonus balance is permitted.

As a practical example: If you deposit RM100, you will receive a bonus of RM100, bringing your account balance to RM200. The wagering requirement to be met is RM100 × 10 = RM1,000. If you deposit RM800, the bonus given is RM300 (maximum cap), the balance is RM1,100, and the wagering requirement is RM300 × 10 = RM3,000.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each player is eligible to receive the welcome bonus once only.
• Bonuses that have not met the wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn.
• iroyal reserves the right to cancel a bonus if there is any attempt to abuse a promotion.
• Other promotions such as cashback, referral bonuses and special promotions will have their terms stated separately.

4.3 VIP Programme

iroyal operates a five-tier VIP programme — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond — which provides weekly cashback of between 0.2% and 1.2% depending on membership level. Players are upgraded based on consistent gaming activity.

All games provided on the iroyal platform use a random number generator (RNG) that has been verified and certified by an independent party. The results of all games are final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical failure.

5.1 Technical Disruptions

• In the event of a technical disruption during an active game session, iroyal will review server records to determine the valid result.
• Payouts will not be made for incomplete rounds caused by connection issues on the player's side.
• iroyal is not responsible for losses arising from internet disruptions or player device failures.

5.2 Improper Conduct

Any attempt to manipulate the game system, use automated software (bots), exploit bugs in games, or engage in collusion with other players is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure.

iroyal reserves the right to close, suspend or restrict a player's account without prior notice for the following reasons:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering or other illegal activity.
• Failure to meet identity verification requirements within the specified period.
• Abuse of bonuses or promotions.
• Registration of multiple accounts.
• At the player's own request for self-exclusion purposes.

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting iroyal customer support. Legitimate funds will be returned after all security checks have been completed.

The collection, use and protection of your personal data is governed by the iroyal Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the iroyal platform, you agree to the data collection and processing practices as stated in that policy.

iroyal uses SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your web browser and our servers. Your account and financial information will not be shared with third parties except as required by law or to meet licensing requirements.

iroyal supports responsible gambling initiatives and provides tools such as deposit limits, betting limits and self-exclusion to help players manage their gambling habits. Players showing signs of a gambling problem are encouraged to make use of these tools or contact customer support.

iroyal shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special or punitive losses arising from use of the platform, including loss of profits, data loss or business interruption, even if iroyal has been informed of the possibility of such losses.

iroyal's maximum aggregate liability to any player for any claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.

The iroyal platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranty regarding fitness for a particular purpose, completeness or absence of errors.

These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where iroyal is internationally licensed. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the procedures set by iroyal's licensing authority.

Players accessing the iroyal platform from Malaysia are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations relating to online gambling.
